Brief

We start with a short consultation call or written brief to understand your business, your clients, and what you need your website to do.

Step 02 Days 2–8

Build

We design and build your website on a private staging environment. You won't see it live until it's ready — this keeps quality high and expectations aligned.

Clean build on secure staging URL

All pages structured and populated with your content

Mobile responsiveness tested across devices

Technical setup completed (SEO basics, forms, speed)

Step 03 Days 9–11

Review

We share the staging link for your review. You provide feedback within your allocated revision rounds. Revisions are consolidated — not sent one at a time.

Starter: 2 revision rounds. Professional: 3 revision rounds

Revisions must be submitted as a consolidated list per round

Additional rounds available at R500/round if needed

Scope changes outside the original brief are quoted separately

Step 04 Days 12–14

Launch

Once you've approved the final version, we issue the final invoice. Upon payment, we migrate the site to your live domain and configure everything properly.

Final 50% payment invoice issued

Site migrated from staging to your live domain

DNS, SSL, and hosting properly configured

Full handover of admin credentials and documentation

Step 05 Ongoing

Support

After launch, you can opt into a monthly maintenance plan. We handle updates, backups, security, and minor edits — so your site stays in good shape.
