How long does a website take to build?+
All packages are delivered within 10–14 business days, assuming you provide all content and branding materials at the start of the project. Delays in content delivery will push back the timeline.
What do I need to provide?+
You'll need to provide all written content (text for each page), images or photos, your logo, and any brand colours or fonts. We'll send you a structured content template to fill in. Copywriting is available as an add-on if needed.
Do I need to arrange my own hosting?+
Yes — we recommend you own your own hosting and domain for full control and portability. We'll help you set it up with a reputable South African hosting provider. Hosting typically costs R100–R300/month depending on the provider.
What are your payment terms?+
All projects require a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins. The remaining 50% is due before the site goes live. We invoice via EFT. We do not begin any work until the deposit payment has cleared.
Can I update the website myself after launch?+
Yes. We'll hand over full admin access and provide guidance on making content updates. For ongoing technical maintenance, our monthly care plans are available from R499/month.
Do you work with businesses outside Cape Town?+
Yes — we work with businesses across South Africa. Everything is handled remotely via email. Your location doesn't affect our process or pricing.
